Come dance with us! Bennett’s Village has partnered with the Charlottesville Ballet and the City of Charlottesville to host an hour of dancing and fun for our adult neighbors. Adults of all abilities are welcome, and no dance experience is required! Explore elements of dance to improve quality of life through overall physical well-being, social interaction, and creative expression, as well as targeted improvements in balance, strength, and mobility.
