![Today we hosted volunteers from the UVA Health Department of Endoscopy who helped us with landscape maintenance on the slope and trail behind the Treehouse. They also decorated rocks for Benny the Rock Snake. This project was completed as part of the United Way of Greater Charlottesville’s 2026 Day of Caring. Since 1992, Day of Caring has engaged 52,000+ community members as volunteers and has given back more than $5.7 million in service to our community. Thank you so much to the amazing volunteers who helped make this possible! And a special shout out to Kathleen from #CvilleParksandRecreation who helped coordinate the day!
